All services can be booked and tracked directly through our website. Please create an account and proceed with the booking instructions.

You can cancel a booked class by logging into your account. As a reminder, you can change or cancel an existing reservation up to 3 hours prior to the start of the class without penalty. If you cancel less than 3 hours prior to the start of class, you'll get a Late Cancel, which will count towards a class session.

Yes. You will be required to check in and have your membership barcode scanned at the kiosk to avoid receiving a No-Show.

Cardio + Strength & Conditioning + Boxing: We provide all the equipment, just wear appropriate workout shoes (sneakers or similar). Water bottle + sweat towel suggested. Buns & Guns: We provide all the equipment needed. Clients are welcome to use their own booty and/or resistant bands, if preferred. Please wear appropriate workout shoes (sneakers or similar). Water bottle + sweat towel suggested.

We have plenty of changing rooms onsite. Storage ottomans are available for members to use. All ottomans are numbered, please remember to flip over your number indicating it is being used. You may store sneakers, jackets, keys and other items in there. For larger items such as a duffel bag, you may place it by the window sill. Please note we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
