Service Description

An essential part of the program. Our group workout sessions encompass various formats such as Strength Training, HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training), Tabata, Cardio Boxing, or a combination of these. Inclusive Atmosphere: Suitable for all fitness levels, participants work at their own pace. Smaller classes so our coaches can assure everyone is getting max benefits from their workout. Structured Sessions: Warm-up, core workout, and cool-down are part of every class. Main Workout: The core of the class consists of the main workout session. This can include a variety of exercises tailored to the class type - cardio drills, bodyweight exercises, weightlifting, resistance band exercises, or Terra-core. The instructor demonstrates the exercises and monitors participants to ensure they are performed correctly. Music and Community: Enjoy energizing tunes and a supportive group environment. Equipment: Depending on the class type, various equipment might be used, such as dumbbells, resistance bands, Kettlebells, mats, stability balls, or Terra-Core. In some cases, bodyweight exercises are the primary focus, requiring minimal equipment. Social Connection: Forge friendships while staying accountable. Additionally, the group dynamic can provide support, feedback, friendly competition making individuals more likely to stick to their fitness goals.
